This bike is brand new out of the box. It has never been used because I am not able to fit it together. Have contacted Hitway support and they say it is me!!!

You are purchasing on the basis it is a new bike which has never been used. All tools etc are included. It folds, it is extremely lightweight. The battery has charged but I cannot fit it together to the bike. So you would need to purchase on the basis that it is as Hitway sent to me. It can be used as ordinary cycle. Hopefully if you are clever with bikes and tools you will be able to use it as an electric bike. I have not been able to manage to put it together. I am too old to deal with this. I just want to sell it!
