Universal folding girls / small ladies bike from the late 1980s. Tyres are 20 x 1.75", its approx 15 1/2" from the crank centre to the top of the seat frame tube, and approx 20 - 25" (depending on the position of the seat post in the frame) from pedal crank centre to the top of the seat. 

I would say its probably suitable for an 10-14 year old girl of average size or a small petite lady. Its made by Universal from Rayleigh in Essex in the very late 1980s. its in quite good condition considering its age. It will need servicing and greasing before use.

I know nothing more about it. Its USED UNKNOWN UNTESTED and sold as SPARES OR REPAIR ONLY.

Item will be sent with the front wheel and pedals removed, and handlebars turned to make the package smaller.
