The kit comprises nine protective pieces: a large suitcase pad, seat-post sock, pedal bag, handlebar post sock, two handlebar socks, frame dropout protector, fork dropout protector, and dropout sock. Each component is made from durable 240D nylon with 5mm dual-layer padding bonded throughout, built to withstand repeated packing and unpacking without degrading. The suitcase pad itself carries simple printed instructions showing how to arrange your bike inside the case, so there's no guesswork when you're packing at an airport.

The Samsonite Flight hard-shell case (81/32 dimensions) included with this package is in excellent condition and fitted with a three-digit combination lock and heavy-duty free-running caster wheels for easy movement through terminals. The case carries "Bicycle in Transit" signage on both the front and rear, which helps ground handlers identify what's inside. It does show a few cosmetic scratches from baggage handling, which is typical for travel luggage, but these don't affect its protective function. The case doesn't have a TSA lock fitted, though if you're travelling to the USA you can easily add TSA-compatible luggage straps, which are widely available from travel goods retailers.
