Tern BYB S11 Folding Bike 20" wheels Matte Silver color Folding Bike RRP £2300

The Tern BYB S11 is a premium folding bike designed for urban commuting and travel where compact storage matters. Built around 20-inch wheels and an aluminium frame, it folds down to a genuinely manageable size without sacrificing the stability and comfort you'd expect from a full-size urban bike. The 11-speed derailleur gears give you range for mixed terrain, while the direct-pull V-brakes provide reliable stopping power in everyday conditions.

This particular bike is in as-new condition and has barely been ridden since it left the factory. The drivetrain is pristine, the tyres and brakes are excellent throughout, and there are only a couple of minor cosmetic marks from folding and stand use—nothing that affects how the bike rides or functions. The previous owner picked it up but never really got into using it, which explains why it's remained in such outstanding shape.

Day to day, the BYB S11 works well for anyone commuting short to medium distances or needing a bike that doesn't take up much space at home or in the office. The fold is compact and practical, making it suited to mixed-mode journeys where you're combining cycling with public transport. The 20-inch wheels strike a balance between manoeuvrability in urban traffic and reasonable momentum maintenance, and the upright geometry keeps visibility good in town riding.

The bike comes with original removable pedals, manuals, and a service card. At around £2,300 new, this represents a significant saving on current retail pricing, and the minimal use means you're getting a bike that's essentially unridden. It's a solid choice for anyone after a premium folding platform that's ready to use straight away without any running-in period or maintenance surprises.
