My enthusiasm for collecting and building retro, small-wheel British steel folding bikes has, once again, outstripped my capacity to store them with sufficient space to still move around my small workshop. So, it is with great regret that I now have to part with two bikes I have just completed! They have been built up from bare frames with similar components. To maintain the spirit of the original donor 1974 and 1980 bikes, I have used original handlebars, stems and chain sets. Almost everything else is new and lightweight. I have also kept the design as simple as possible, so they are single-speed with a coaster brake, thus avoiding cable clutter and showing off the incredibly successful Raleigh Twenty’s attractive lines at its best. These bikes need absolutely nothing; they are clean, serviced and ready to go. Folding couldn’t be easier. However, this allows them to be transported more easily by car, camper or caravan - they are definitely not for the commuter! Feel free to ask any questions. Price is for pair. They will need to be collected from Wendover, Buckinghamshire.
