Mobiky Genius folding bike (very rare) please read description

The bike is kind of working but needs a bit of attention so please read the following.
The front brake functions (ie. I can see caliper move in and out and press the disc) but it does not stop the wheel, I presume disc and/or pads need changing. I did buy a new disc which I'll include but have not fitted it as I no longer need the bike.
Also note that the bracket for the front brake broke and because I couldn't find replacement part I found some other bracket that fits but looks a bit ugly (see photo).
Rear brake does seem to work (ie. Stops wheel) but struggles to slow the bike down on its own without front brake.
The chain looks a bit loose, I'm no bike expert but it does work but seems quite floppy.
Unsure if the gears work ok as I've never come across these sturmey archer type gears before.
The stitching on the saddle is starting to come undone. I believe this can be replaced with any standard saddle.
There are various scratches and marks as shown.
Now for the good parts. The folding mechanism looks fine and generally the bike is built like a tank although this makes it a little heavy. Excuse the pun but I think the design is genius allowing it to fold quite quickly and compactly which is why I bought it in the first place. But I've not used much as I didn't need a folding bike as much as I thought.
