I have fitted a brand new rear bike rack and will be fitting new black handlebar grips, the rear wheel is wobbly and I haven't taken it off to check if bearing is gone but my git instinct is that it has locking ring that needs tightening up, if it doesnt sell as it is , I will take it to the bike shop to be checked .
