the item is used and have some rust. bought it as a project bike for restoration and use it for quick trips around town but didn't have enough time I need to get rid off this since it covers too much space in the garden the brakes are adjusted they work pretty well just needs rear break caliper cable to be fitted. gears shift smoothly and rough sometimes just needs some maintenance and chain replacement
