Foldable Bike for Sale - Tern Link C7. Good Bike But Needs A Service

The Tern Link C7 is a folding bike built around everyday practicality and portability. It's made from lightweight aluminium, which keeps the overall weight down and makes it straightforward to carry and store when you're not riding. The 20-inch wheels are typical for this category—they strike a decent balance between compact folding and reasonable ride characteristics on urban surfaces.

This particular bike has spent some time in storage and hasn't been used for over a year, so it needs a proper service to get back into regular use. The tyres hold air well and the frame and components are sound, but the V-brakes have stiffened up and could use some attention to restore smooth, responsive braking. A service will sort out cable tension, check the derailleur adjustment on the 7-speed system, and generally get everything running smoothly again. Once that's done, you'll have a functional commuter or run-around bike ready to go.

The flat bar handlebar keeps an upright riding position, which is useful for visibility and comfort on shorter journeys. The 7-speed derailleur gears give enough range for mixed terrain without adding complexity, and they're straightforward to maintain once they're properly adjusted. The 27cm frame size is designed to fit unisex adults comfortably. The black finish is practical and doesn't show dirt as readily as lighter colours, though it will need the occasional wash to keep it looking reasonable.

This bike suits anyone looking for a portable folding bike for commuting, shopping trips, or general urban riding, particularly if you're comfortable with basic bike maintenance or happy to invest in a service before using it regularly.
