These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of goods made through our eBay store.

By purchasing an item from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Item Condition

• New Items: These are unused, unopened, and in original retail packaging (unless otherwise stated).

• Used / Second-Hand Items: These are pre-owned and may show signs of wear. We do our best to describe their condition accurately and provide clear photographs.

• All items are checked and tested (where applicable) before listing.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).

• We accept payment via eBay-approved methods, primarily PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or eBay Managed Payments.

• Full payment must be received before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We dispatch items within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

• Shipping is via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or other reliable courier services, depending on the item size, weight, and value.

• Free UK standard delivery is offered on some items (see individual listings for details).

• Express or tracked shipping is available at an extra cost.

• We only ship to the address provided on your eBay account at the time of purchase.

• International shipping may be available via eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Please contact us for more information about your location.

• Collection is also available after payment through eBay. You will be given a QR code & number that will need to be provided on pick-up.

5. Returns Policy

• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, for any reason.

• You must notify us via eBay messages before returning the item.

5.2 Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.

• New items must be returned unopened and unused (unless faulty).

• Used items must be returned in the same condition as sold.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

5.3 Refunds

• Refunds will be issued within 2-5 working days of receiving the returned item.

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Faulty or Not as Described Items

• If the item is faulty or not as described, please contact us via eBay within 7 days of delivery.

• We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage costs.
