Di Blasi R34 Adult Folding Tricycle

The Di Blasi R34 is an adult folding tricycle built around a compact aluminium alloy frame designed for stable, three-wheeled riding. The 20-inch wheels and 5-speed derailleur gears make it suited to mixed urban terrain without requiring the balance and handling adjustments that come with learning to ride a two-wheeled folding bike. The red aluminium frame keeps weight reasonable for a tricycle, which matters when you're moving it in and out of storage or loading it into a vehicle.

This particular example is in good used condition with some scratches and paint chips consistent with everyday use. The trike was originally built as an electric model, though the battery is no longer included. If you want to restore it to electric operation, replacement batteries are available for around £150, making it a relatively affordable way to get back to the original specification. The mechanical side of the trike—the frame, gears, wheels, and braking system—remains intact and functional.

The Di Blasi R34 is the sort of tricycle that works well for riders seeking stable, upright cycling without the learning curve of balance required on a two-wheeler, or for anyone wanting to carry cargo without the instability that comes with a heavily loaded conventional bike. At new retail prices around £3,000, this used example represents good value. Collection only from the Middleton area of Manchester, with payment required on collection.
