Dream Build Brompton – 2022 P Line Electric 4-Speed – For Sale

Overview

For sale is my meticulously built 2022 Brompton P Line Electric 4-Speed in Storm Grey, weighing just 15.48kg (with battery).

Condition

This bike was originally built for a family member but has seen very little use. It has covered approximately 60 dry miles from new, likely even fewer. It has never been ridden in the rain and has always been stored indoors.

The bike presents in outstanding condition, with most of the components being brand new. There are only a few minor cosmetic marks, including:

·      Light storage marks on the stem and rear mudguard.

·      Minor marks on the folding E-hook, rear chain tensioner, hinge clamp lever and seatpost from the normal folding process.

·      No excessive play in the main frame hinge.

·      No rust inside the main frame's inner tube.

·      No dents or corrosion on any frame components.

·      The stem is brand new, so there are no paint chips around the folding joint contact area.

·      The carbon rear wheel has no cracks, damage or heat marks on the braking surface.

Overall, I would rate the bike as A1 condition, requiring absolutely no work—simply unfold it and ride.

• 19T rear sprocket, providing a taller gear ratio than Brompton's standard 18T setup for improved high-speed cruising.

Provenance

I am the first and only owner, and the bike remains unregistered.

The sale includes the original Brompton purchase invoice (originally purchased for £3,695), the matching-number Brompton box, and all original accessories supplied with the bike, including:

• Original Brompton Electric battery with grey battery bag
• Battery charger
• UK mains plug
• Handlebar reflector (unused)
• Owner's manual (unread)
• Saddle height insert (unused)
• Original hex key (unused)

Everything included with the bike will be supplied to the new owner, making this a complete and well-documented package.

Shipping

The bike will be carefully packed in its original matching-number Brompton box, complete with all the original protective packaging, just as you would expect when receiving a brand-new Brompton. This ensures the bike is exceptionally well protected during transit.

Collection is also welcome from Durrington-on-Sea Station (BN12) by prior arrangement.
