The bike has been barely used since purchase a few years ago—test ridden once and then stored carefully in a dust proof bag—so it's essentially in new condition. The 16-inch wheels and lateral fold make it compact enough to fit under a desk or take on public transport, and the steel frame gives it the durability Brompton is known for.

The M6L uses a 6-speed hub gear system with a thumb shifter, which handles urban hills without fuss and keeps maintenance straightforward. Side pull caliper brakes provide reliable stopping power in city conditions. The bike comes equipped with practical touches: mudguards to keep spray off your clothes, a front rack for carrying a bag or groceries, a bell, a pump, and an adjustable seat. These additions mean the Brompton is ready to ride as-is without needing to hunt down accessories.
