Brompton Folding Bike 6-Speed, Black H6R (2022)

This is a 2022 Brompton folding bike in black with six speeds, built on the classic British steel frame that defines the brand. It features high-rise handlebars and a standard seat post, set up for comfortable upright riding typical of urban commuting and mixed-use cycling. The 16-inch wheels and lateral fold are characteristic of Brompton design, making the bike compact enough to carry on public transport or store in a small space. Six speeds via hub gears give enough range for moderate hills without the maintenance demands of derailleur systems.

The bike comes with automatic front and rear lights built in, so it's ready for all-weather commuting without needing to fit additional lighting. A rear rack has been added to the original specification, which is useful for carrying bags or shopping on daily rides. The saddle fitted is also non-original, and the seller has kept the original components, so if you prefer the bike as it came from the factory or want to customise it differently, that's possible to discuss with them.

The condition shows light use with minor scratches consistent with occasional riding rather than daily abuse. The bike is little-used overall, so the moving parts should be in decent order. The seller notes specific details about the front wheel and front rack holder that are worth clarifying before viewing, so messaging for full details is worth doing if you have questions about the exact setup. A viewing is recommended to check the condition in person and confirm the bike suits your needs.
