Brompton C Line Electric

The Brompton C Line Electric is a British-made folding bike designed for urban commuting and everyday riding. Built around a steel frame finished in vibrant orange, it uses Brompton's compact fold to shrink down small enough to carry onto trains, store under a desk, or wheel into an office. The 16-inch tubular tyres contribute to the tight fold and make the bike responsive in city traffic, though they do require more frequent checking than larger wheels.

Day to day, you'll find the riser bar handlebar puts you in an upright riding position that works well for visibility and comfort on shorter journeys. The hub gears operate via a thumb shifter, which is intuitive and reliable in wet weather since there's no exposed derailleur to get clogged. Caliper side-pull brakes provide stopping power, and integrated mudguards mean you're ready for all-weather use without needing to add extras. The electric assist takes the edge off hills and the stop-start nature of urban cycling, making longer commutes less of a slog than you'd get from a manual Brompton.

This bike suits commuters who mix cycling with public transport, office workers with limited storage space, or anyone after a practical folder that handles daily errands and longer urban trips without fuss. The steel frame gives it a solid, planted feel, and the compact package makes it genuinely portable in a way that larger folding bikes simply aren't. The sale includes two brand new spare tyres and four brand new spare inner tubes, so you're set for puncture repairs without hunting down replacement stock.
