It's a British-made steel frame built around Brompton's lateral fold system, which collapses the bike into a compact package suited to commuters who need to combine cycling with public transport or store their bike in tight spaces. The 16-inch wheels and tight footprint are characteristic of the Brompton design, making it nimble in urban traffic and easy to manoeuvre when folded.

The bike uses a 6-speed Sturmey Archer hub gear system with side-pull caliper brakes, giving straightforward maintenance and reliable stopping power in city riding. The high handlebar geometry keeps the rider in an upright position, which works well for shorter commutes where visibility in traffic matters more than aerodynamics. The steel frame is durable and absorbs road vibration, though it does add weight compared to lighter folding designs.
