VCR cycles is delighted to bring to the market this stunning Airnimal Chameleon unisex adult folding bike.

Handbuilt in small numbers in Cambridge England.

Forget your Brompton’s and Moulton’s , if you want a folding bike that rides like a proper bike and not a pram then the Airnimal Chameleon is the bike for you!

These really do ride like a full size road bike, they’re stiff agile great climbers and come with all the kit you’d expect to see on a high end road bike.

This particular Elite model has a 27 speed transmission from its Shimano Ultegra triple chainset and Deore XT long cage rear mech.

It’s got Ultegra STi shifters, Dura Ace brake calipers, Specialized Pro bars, Cinelli Pista stem, Alpina Seatpost, Charge Saddle, MKS quick release pedals and the wheels are freshly built with Dura Ace hubs laced with Sapin spokes to Alexrims R390 24” rims and shod with Panaracer Passela 24 x 1” tyres.

The frame as mentioned is handbuilt and a work of art, its got an Aluminium main frames and carbon front forks. The rear of the bike has a suspension bung which really takes the bumps and vibration out the roads, it doesn’t fold as compact as Brompton but it’s rides way way better and lets face it…you dont buy a folder bike to fold it up and look at it!

It’s comes with various accessories like the detachable race blade mudguards, the Pro bottle cage fit tool kit, spare wheel spokes and a LED lightset so it can be used in all weathers.

This example is in excellent condition with no dents or damage.

The paint is pretty much immaculate, it’s been really well cared for and It’s had frame saver tape on the areas where the mudguards clamp to from new so no wear marks in these places.

All components work as they should with no issues, nothing is worn, lose or in need of repair or replacement any time soon.

The bike is currently set up for a rider of around 5’11 to 6’ but plenty of scope for shorter riders and a little more room for taller.
