This is a 1990 Dahon Bickerton folding bicycle in genuinely original condition, built when these compact folder designs were still relatively rare in the UK. It's one of an identical matching pair, both carrying the 89-4 hub date stamp and both supplied with original owner manuals. The bike has had just one careful owner from new and spent most of its life on brief leisure rides rather than heavy commuting, which shows in the overall condition.

The gloss silver paint finish remains excellent across the frame, with only light scratches and storage marks accumulated over three decades. The original chrome wheel rims are still shiny and rust-free, fitted with the original tyres which retain deep tread despite expected age-related cracking. Both tyres hold air fully. The seller can supply a pair of modern black Kenda 1.75 replacement tyres if you plan to ride the bike regularly, though the originals are functional as they stand.

The folding bike is fully functional and in excellent working order.
