A vintage Stella Pocketby portable bicycle, believed to date from the mid-1960s and made in France. A compact “boot bike” designed for portability and short urban use, it represents an interesting example of early portable bicycle design. It retains its original small-wheel layout, high-rise handlebars, and adjustable seat post, and is believed to be largely complete as shown.

The bike is in used condition and will need some work. It shows paint loss, surface rust, and general age-related wear throughout, with tarnishing to chrome parts and corrosion to rims and spokes.
