I think it is German made and looks good quality
All original, it's been hanging on the garage wall since the 1980's.

It wants a really good clean and fettle up, but under the grime it's in good condition.
40 years of dust seem to have protected it
The mudguards still have the plastic protector on and the chrome underneath is excellent.
Works okay, I've had a ride around on it.
