Sinclair A-Bike, original 6" wheel version

Sadly I need to sell my Sinclair A-Bike due to a house move.

I bought it upon release in July or August 2006 because I collect Sinclair things, all of which have to be sold now. It's never been ridden, mostly just sat in its bag for 20 years.

It's the original version with 6" wheels. The tyres hold air fine and everything works as it should, although the brakes will need adjusting. I haven't touched them since I never planned on riding it. The chain action is very smooth and ticks nicely.

I noticed when taking the photos there is a very small tear in the rear of the seat which is quite annoying - see photo.

It comes with the original bag and instructions, which it looks like I didn't even open. The white front reflector and handlebar mount haven't been used and are still in their packaging.

It's a shame I can't keep it and just mount it on the wall really. It's a great piece of design, but unfortunately never took off.
