Selling a brilliant piece of British folding history! This is a 1998 Brompton T5, officially verified by Brompton HQ via its frame number (144489).

It has spent most of its life safely stored away in a dry attic, so has very minimal wear and tear. It’s easily a solid 8/10 condition, just had a fresh service, and rides and folds extremely well. It has also been upgraded with a genuine rear frame clip.

The Good Stuff:

- 5 Speed: Classic Sturmey-Archer internal hub.

- M Type Handlebars: The iconic, comfortable U-shape swoop.

- Upgraded: Fitted with the official Brompton rear frame clip kit (stops the frame swinging loose when lifted).

- Freshly Serviced: Brand new brake pads just fitted.

- Extras: Fully working original dynamo lights + an official Brompton front bag (a bit faded, but works perfectly).

The Minor Details:

- Small cosmetic split in the outer plastic casing of the brake cable (securely taped up, purely cosmetic—see photo).

- A mark on the black paint of the rear triangle frame (see photo).
