Raleigh Swift Aluminium Folding Bike Adults Compact 20” Wheels with Rack, Gears

The Raleigh Swift is a folding bike designed for everyday urban cycling and practical storage. Built around a lightweight aluminium frame, it folds down to a compact size that makes it easy to carry on public transport, store in a small flat, or tuck away in a car boot. The 20-inch wheels strike a balance between manoeuvrability in city traffic and enough momentum on longer stretches, while the aluminium construction keeps the overall weight down compared to heavier steel alternatives.

The bike comes equipped with a 6-speed derailleur gear system, which handles typical urban riding well—gentle climbs, flat commutes, and the occasional hill. V-brakes provide reliable stopping power in most conditions, and both tyres hold air properly and are ready to ride. The adjustable saddle lets you dial in a comfortable position whether you're taking short trips or spending longer in the saddle, and the upright geometry keeps your weight centred for steady, predictable handling through traffic and tight spaces.

Practical touches make it genuinely usable day to day. The rear luggage rack takes a small bag or pannier for shopping or a work bag, mudguards keep road spray off your clothes, and the kickstand holds the bike upright when you park up. A bell and reflector add basic safety and visibility for urban riding. The folding mechanism is straightforward—after a few times, collapsing and extending the frame becomes routine. This is a solid, no-nonsense folding bike suited to commuters who need something that actually works when folded or unfolded, and riders who value simplicity and British engineering over ultra-lightweight or ultra-compact design.
