Whilst we offer our own transport delivery to those of us lucky enough to live on the Isle of Wight, we are still able to deliver most cycles to the Mainland.

Unless specified in the cycle details, we will be able to ship your cycle to the mainland.  A few cycles are for collection only - this is due either to the physical size (eg some cruisers)or the fitments which could get damaged in transit (eg on Dutch and Cruiser style cycles).

We use delivery via ParcelForce Large Item service to UK addresses, including highlands and islands.

This is charged at a subsidised price of £35 per cycle. (Parcelforce normally charge £59.63+vat each - Jan 2026 price check)

The bicycle is packed in a strong cycle box. 

Please allow one working day to prepare the cycle for delivery prior to collection from us by ParcelForce,

Being on an Island, deliveries can sometimes take an additional day to arrive, so please bear that in mind when ordering.

Reassembly after shipping

To enable the bicycle to be shipped, the handlebars, front wheel, saddle and pedals will be removed and will need refitting. 

the gears and brakes are adjusted prior to boxing, but due to the nature of shipping bikes in boxes it is rare but possible that the rear derailleur, for example, may be knocked out of alignment during handling.

Please note that this bicycle is shipped partially assembled and may require final adjustments before use. In particular, the brakes and gears may need to be properly aligned and adjusted to ensure safe and optimal performance.

We strongly recommend that the bicycle be inspected and adjusted by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding. This is especially important for safety-critical components such as the braking system and gear shifting.
