The IF Move is a compact 20-inch wheel folding bike designed for riders who need something genuinely portable without sacrificing everyday practicality. The frame uses aluminium alloy construction with a distinctive single-arm design that folds in around three seconds, collapsing to roughly 97cm by 27cm by 50cm—small enough to carry on public transport or store in a flat corner. At between 11.5kg and 11.8kg, it's manageable to lift and carry, though not featherweight.

The drivetrain uses a 9-speed setup with SRAM X7 shifter and derailleur paired to a Sturmey Archer 11-25T freewheel, giving a reasonable range for mixed urban riding and gentle inclines. The 44T chainring with double chain guard keeps the drivetrain protected from dirt and wet weather. A KMC HG53 chain handles the power transfer, whilst foldable pedals mean nothing sticks out awkwardly when the bike is folded down. Stopping power comes from Avid mechanical disc brakes with 170mm rotors, which work reliably in wet conditions and provide consistent modulation without needing cable adjustment as often as rim brakes.

The wheels are Alex DP17 20-inchers wrapped in Maxxis DTH 1.5-inch tyres, a size that balances rolling efficiency with the compact dimensions folding bikes need. The cockpit features a flat foldable handlebar, a 34.9mm aluminium seatpost with adjustment scale, and a Velo saddle with black grips that provide decent feedback through longer rides. Optional accessories including a kickstand, carrier, and mudguards are available if you want to add weatherproofing or carrying capacity.

This bike suits riders between 145cm and 190cm tall, with a combined weight limit of 100kg including the rider and any luggage. The IF Move works well for commuters mixing cycling with trains and buses, or anyone in tight urban accommodation who needs a bike that doesn't dominate living space when parked.
