Ecosmo 20" Folding Tandem - Electric upgrade

The Ecosmo 20" folding tandem is a compact folding bike designed for two riders who need something that stores away when not in use. This particular example has been converted to electric power using the manufacturer's upgrade kit, which makes it a practical choice for couples or partners commuting together without the physical demand of a standard tandem. The steel frame is built to handle the weight of two people, and at 20 inches, the wheels keep the overall footprint tight when folded down for storage or transport.

It runs a 7-speed derailleur gear system, which handles the extra load across a decent range of ratios. The bike comes in white and has been fitted with LED lights, so it's ready for riding in lower light conditions. You also get a lock, a pannier for carrying bits and pieces, and gel-padded seat covers for comfort on longer rides together. The bike has covered just 80 kilometres, so it's barely run in and everything is in good working order.

This is a collection-only sale based in Swansea. A folding tandem with electric assistance is fairly niche—it works well for couples who want to ride together without the physical effort of a manual tandem, and the fold makes it manageable for storage in flats or offices where space is tight. If you're after something practical for two people and don't want to wrestle with a full-size tandem frame, this ticks the boxes.
