Decathlon Folding Bike btwin 500 Blue

This B'TWIN folding bike is a blue aluminium and steel frame built for urban commuting and everyday transport. The 20-inch wheels and compact design make it suited to riders who need a bike that folds down small enough to carry onto public transport or store in a tight space. The frame collapses efficiently, turning what would normally be an awkward object to move around into something genuinely portable for city living.

The bike has been upgraded with a Shimano freewheel fitted with an 11-34 sprocket range, which handles steeper hills noticeably better than standard gearing. A new Schwalbe Road Cruiser tyre has been fitted to both wheels, giving good grip and puncture resistance for everyday riding. The brown handlebar and saddle give the bike a practical, understated look, and the drivetrain shifts smoothly through the gears without hesitation. The original saddle and tyres are included if you want to swap them back or keep spares.

This particular bike is in excellent condition and has barely been used since purchase in October 2025. It's being sold because the owner has moved to a Brompton and no longer needs it. The bike runs cleanly and handles daily commuting and stop-start urban cycling well. It's suitable for anyone looking for a genuinely portable folding bike that doesn't sacrifice too much in terms of hill-climbing ability or ride quality, making it a solid choice for mixed-mode commuting or anyone without much storage space at home.
