DAHON Vitesse Folding bike

The DAHON Vitesse is a compact folding bike designed for urban commuting and practical everyday cycling. Built around 20-inch wheels and an aluminium frame, it folds down to a manageable size that works well for mixing cycling with public transport or storing in tight spaces. The bike has recently been serviced and is in excellent condition, ready to ride.

The Vitesse uses a hub gear system for low-maintenance riding, keeping things simple for daily commutes without the upkeep of a derailleur system. Stopping power comes from V-brakes, which are reliable and straightforward to maintain. The black aluminium frame is durable and keeps weight reasonable for a folding bike, making it easier to carry when the journey demands it. The 20-inch wheels strike a practical balance between portability and ride efficiency, handling urban streets and mixed terrain without feeling sluggish or unwieldy.

This bike suits anyone who cycles in town but needs the flexibility to fold and take it on a train, stash it under a desk, or carry it up a flat stairwell. It works well for short journeys and regular stop-start city riding where the compact wheelbase and fold are genuine assets rather than compromises.
