Dahon Speed Hammerhead 7 Folding Bike 20in Grey Bar V-Brake Mudguards Kickstand

The Dahon Speed Hammerhead is a folding bike designed for commuters and urban riders who need something compact without sacrificing everyday practicality. Built around Dahon's established folding system, this 20-inch wheeled bike folds down to a manageable size for storage in small spaces or carrying onto public transport. The grey finish gives it a neutral, workmanlike appearance that sits well in office or home environments.

The bike runs derailleur gears, which means you get a range of ratios to work with across flat and rolling terrain, and the system is straightforward to adjust if you're familiar with standard bike maintenance. V-brakes handle stopping duties reliably, offering direct and responsive power that works well in urban stop-start riding. The 20-inch wheels keep the wheelbase compact, making the bike quick to manoeuvre through traffic and easier to park or store once you've folded it up.

Practical touches include mudguards fitted as standard, so you're protected from spray without needing to add them later. There's a kickstand built in, which keeps the bike upright when you're not riding it. Day to day, this setup works well for the kind of journeys where you're mixing short rides with other forms of transport, or simply need a bike that doesn't take up much room at home or in the office. The fold itself becomes automatic after a few goes, and the overall weight sits at a point where it's manageable to carry without being a chore.
