All cables and outer cables are brand new as well.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAlso comes with the fitted luggage rack, new bungee straps, new black bell, new velcro bottle bag and what's pictured. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eGreat bike.
