Brompton x Palace Bike 6 speed C Line Low + Rear rack - Unique and Upgraded

Here is my Brompton x Palace bike. Only 300 of these were made on release (very rare for a Brompton) and I have tweaked some of the specs on this to make it a one-off bike.

It came in the standard 2 speed C line setup. I swapped out the rear 2 speed wheel for the Brompton Wide Range 3 speed hub wheel, making it a 6 speed bike. I kept the original chainrings and cogs, which means with the rear hub it is in the faster +8% gear ratio for a 6 speed, making it pretty nippy for around town, but with low enough gearing to take on some real hills.

I also swapped the tyres for the more puncture resistant Schwalbe Marathon Plus version (rather than Marathon Racer).

It comes with the unused Palace Saddle Bag, and I can ship it in the original Brompton x Palace cardboard box.

I have also added a genuine Brompton rear rack (can be removed - deduct £80)

And I replaced the standard Brompton pedals (one folding), with some imported Japanese MKS US-S Ezy SPD pedals which are removable, and one can be stored on the mount on the rear axle. These cost over £100 (can be removed - deduct £100 - and will put Brompton pedals back on).

There is also a Quad Lock phone mount on the handlebars (can be removed - deduct £30)

This bike has been ridden and enjoyed, so shows some marks on the paintwork. I did have it signed by Will Carlysmith, the Chief Design Engineer at Brompton. But I decided to remove this, although it has left a permanent mark on the paintwork. I have also added some Shwalbe stickers that you can remove if you wish.
