This August 2014 built Brompton S3L C line model comes in White and remains in excellent used clean condition throughout. This is a light leisure used Brompton over the years.

The rear tyre was replaced in the last service with a puncture resistant Schwalbe Marathon with original front Brompton branded tyre having decent tread remaining, same lack of heavy wear to all four brake pads again all replaced at last service, saddle & foam grips are both in good useable condition.

Both the Brompton pedals are smooth running with scratches on both the outer ends.

As with any used folding bicycle there are some minor cosmetic surface marks/scratches from getting on/off folding/unfolding and storage and to rear triangle frame from folded pedal clashing with the frame whilst folding/unfolding which is quite common on these.

I obtained the correct RAL matched touch up paint and have carefully touched in all the obvious paint damage and finish polished the rest.

Mechanically all is in excellent working order as you would expect from any of my used Bromptons, having been fully cleaned, checked over/adjusted where necessary ready for the new owner.

The brakes are both smooth & sharp, all 3 hub gears shift smoothly up and down.

Being a 2014 model this Brompton comes with most of the later upgraded specification including:

Standard 50T interchangeable alloy Spider Chainset.

Brompton dual pivot brake calipers with black logo levers.

Frame latch kit to hold bike together when lifting it in the riding position.

Sturmey Archer BSR alloy gear hub with the robust tried and tested Brompton gear shifter.

There are only the odd marks to the matt silver crank arms and handlebars.

The upper surface of rear mudguard has the usual surface scratches from folding outside on uneven surfaces. There are no splits/damage to the mudguards only minor marks.
