A 2007 gloss black Brompton M6L fitted with those 2 essentials for happy “Bromptoning” 

  1 - The front luggage block (so once you have chosen from the wide range of excellent bags available all you have to do is just slot it on to the block and off you go)

  2 – The rear triangle retaining clip that makes it so much easier to pick the bike up and
manoeuvre it


In addition the bike also has the extended seat post that is 60mm higher than the standard post. Brompton recommend the extended seat post for riders with an inside leg measurement greater than 33 inches or 84 cm, I’m not that tall but was still able to have
the saddle at my preferred height.

 

The paintwork is in good condition for a folding bike of this age, but it does have scuffs on both sides of the rear triangle, a scratch just below the Brompton logo on the lefthand side of the crossbar, and some lesser marks on the steering post, front forks and the
top of the crossbar. Take a good look at the photos

 

To prepare the bike for sale I have fitted a new Schwalbe Marathon tyre to the rear wheel (still plenty of tread on the front tyre), new chain, new rear sprockets, new rear
mudguard and replaced all the brake and gear cables.

 

Collect in person from Farnham Common between Beaconsfield and Slough, or by prior arrangement I can meet you at Datchet, Gerrards Cross or Taplow stations if you are
travelling by train to collect
