This One mature owned from new year 2008 (the later 2009 specification) built Brompton M3L C line equivalent folding bicycle remains in what can only be described as amazing, all original condition and only seen a few brief leisure rides in fair weather not been used for any long distance or commuting so NOT rusty or faded.
Rare to find a stored indoors with all of it’s original parts plus accessories:
Upgraded New Selle Royal Viper saddle OR I can swap it back to the original Brompton foam saddle.
Brompton front frame mount luggage block.
Brompton Zefal frame fitted tyre inflator pump.
Ping bell, Pedals & Front/Rear Reflectors.
The original Gloss paint finish still looks excellent throughout and with only a few light scratches/marks from storage. Only some paint touch in’s to black rear triangle upright from folded pedal clashing with frame from the owner incorrectly folding/unfolding.
Both alloy wheel rims remain shiny silver with the original Brompton tyres, which are fully inflated with near new tread remaining.
The bike is all in fully functional and excellent working order, having smooth working early Caliper brakes and the Sturmey Archer hub gear mechanism shifting smoothly between all 3 gears using the tried and tested SA thumb type shifter.
The bike has been carefully cleaned/adjusted checked over and even still has it’s original well greased chain / running gear which is all hardly worn, rust free and in excellent smooth running order ready for use. There is barely any wear to the frame hinge clamped parts as can be seen clearly in the two pictures.
The original silver plastic mudguards are in excellent original condition with no chips/splits which can all be seen in the various pictures and only minor scratches to upper surface of rear from folding outside.
