Selling my Brompton H6L (black, 6-speed, high handlebars).
Purchased new in March 2021 from Tredz Bikes – original owner and happy to provide receipt.
High handlebar (H type) – the tallest Brompton handlebar option, ideal for taller riders or anyone who prefers a more upright and comfortable riding position.
Lightweight L version (no rack).
The bike is in excellent condition and has just had a full professional service, including:
• new chain
• new rear sprockets (13T & 16T)
• new Schwalbe Marathon tyre
• new brake pads
• full service and wash
It’s seen relatively light use and has been stored for a while so everything is in great working order and ready to ride.
Extras included:
• Brompton Borough roll-top bag
• two sets of lights (one installed + spare set)
• Master Lock chain lock
• original Brompton manuals and documents
Minor cosmetic marks from normal use:
• small scratch on handlebar stem
• front mudguard flap chipped (cheap and easy replacement)
• slight wear on one side pocket of the Brompton bag
I mainly used it for commuting, but after changing job location I couldn’t store it securely anymore and stopped using it so it doesn’t make sense to keep unused.
