This is a black Brompton H6L, a British-made steel folding bike that's been fully serviced and is ready to ride. The bike was purchased new in March 2021 from Tredz Bikes, and the original receipt is available. It's the original owner's, kept in excellent condition throughout its life, and has recently had a complete professional service including a new chain, new rear sprockets (13T and 16T), fresh Schwalbe Marathon tyres, new brake pads, and a full wash and overhaul. Relatively light use and storage mean everything is in great working order.

The H6L uses Brompton's high handlebar option, which is the tallest available on their range and works well for taller riders or anyone who prefers a more upright, comfortable riding position. The L version comes without a front rack, keeping the weight down for easier carrying and storage. The 6-speed hub gears give enough range for city commuting and rolling terrain, whilst the 16-inch wheels fold the bike into a compact package suitable for trains, car boots, or office storage. The Brompton fold is quick to master and becomes automatic after a few attempts.

The package includes genuine extras that add real value: a Brompton Borough roll-top bag for carrying essentials, two sets of lights (one already fitted plus a spare), a Master Lock chain lock, and the original Brompton manuals and documents. There are some minor cosmetic marks from normal use—a small scratch on the handlebar stem, a chipped front mudguard flap (which is inexpensive and straightforward to replace), and slight wear on one side pocket of the bag—but nothing that affects how the bike rides or functions. The bike was mainly used for commuting before the owner changed job location and no longer has secure storage, so it's being sold unused and ready for a new home.
