Brompton G-Line 8 Speed Alfine, Forest Green, M-size

This is a Brompton G-Line folding bike in forest green, M-size frame, equipped with an 8-speed Alfine hub gear and hydraulic disc brakes. The bike was purchased in December 2024 and has been used for a year, remaining in excellent condition throughout. The steel frame is Brompton's characteristic British design, built to fold compactly for commuting and mixed transport use. Minor surface scratches are visible in the photos, but structurally the bike is sound, with a fresh chain and new brake pads fitted.

The package includes practical additions that extend the bike's versatility. You get two complete tyre sets—both tubeless, one Michelin and one original Brompton—along with two pedal sets covering both clipless and flat riding. A wider original Brompton saddle comes as standard, with the original narrower one already sold off. Two spare TPU inner tubes are included for roadside repairs, plus original Brompton elastics for the rear rack. There's also a Minimods extender for easier wheel removal (normally £85) and a reduced ball bearing set for even more compact folding when you need maximum portability.

The 20-inch wheels and hub gears mean the bike handles city stops and starts smoothly, while the hydraulic disc brakes offer reliable stopping power in wet conditions. The Alfine transmission works quietly and requires minimal maintenance—a significant advantage for commuters who don't want to fuss with derailleur adjustments. The bike is currently registered on the Brompton website and BikeRegister with a unique identifier, both of which will transfer to the new owner via email registration.
