Up for sale is a unique, high-spec Brompton that combines classic folding portability with premium weight-saving components and a mechanical overhaul.
Originally a 6-speed machine, it has been converted to a lightweight 5-speed external derailleur system (removing the heavy internal hub) for smoother shifting, more efficient power transfer, and easier maintenance.
Titanium Weight Savings: Roughly 80% of the standard fittings have been replaced with Titanium fasteners
Upgrades: Lightpro crankset and removable pedals to keep the folded footprint as narrow and compact as possible.
Extendable stabilizers (Eazy wheels), providing a wider, stance when the bike is folded or being used in "trolley mode."
Condition & Spare Parts:
The bike is an older machine (approx. 13 years old) and has been resprayed. I purchased it via eBay and have significantly customized it since.
Included Spares: The sale includes a collection of original spare parts, including the original rims, S-A gearbox, handlebars, and various components. This gives you the flexibility to return the bike back to its factory configuration if desired.
Good bike, fun to ride but my commute has changed and it is surplus to requirements now.
