Brompton C Line H6L (6 Speed) folding bicycle - rare Orange "Black Edition" mod

For sale is my superb Brompton Orange-Black Edition, which is in great condition. These were produced in limited numbers and remain highly sought-after. It has the higher H handlebars and the extending seat post, so it is perfect for riders around 6 feet or taller (I am 6' 2"). That said, the range of adjustment means it will work well for almost anyone.

It has 6 gears, ideal for most riding scenarios. I have made several improvements, including a Brooks leather saddle (which cost over £100), leather grips and top-quality lights. The Schwalbe tyres are almost new and in great nick - please watch the video to fully appreciate all the extras! It also has the proper Brompton block for attaching a front bag.

I bought this bike new in 2019 (at a premium price compared to the normal model). I trialled a few other folding bikes, but none compares to the Brompton. I used it regularly whilst commuting on the train from Severn Tunnel Junction to Filton in Bristol, with a few miles cycling at either end. It was perfect for this because it folds down remarkably quickly and only weighs around 11kg. As I have now semi-retired, the bike is sitting in my garage and getting very little use, so it's time to sell. I have looked after it well and it is in great overall condition. That said, it could probably do with a service - this is reflected in the price.
