Brompton Folding Bike — C Line — 3 - Speed — Sage/Black — Full Dynamo Lighting — Excellent, Almost-New Condition
This Brompton folding bike was received as a gift, brand new, and has had remarkably light use since — no more than 30–40 short trips on the London Underground/tube. As a result, the bike is in excellent, almost-new condition with virtually no scratches or wear.
Nothing has ever needed replacing or repairing — original tyres, brakes, and all components remain in fantastic condition since new. No money needs to be spent on this bike; it’s ready to ride straight away. A genuinely rare find in this condition.
Specification:
• Brompton C Line, 6-speed wide-range gearing (hub + derailleur)
• Two-tone finish: matte black main frame, Sage grey-blue rear frame and mudguards
• Chrome telescopic (extended) seatpost
Original Schwalbe Marathon 35-349 tyres (puncture-resistant touring tyres) — still in fantastic condition
• Original brakes — never replaced, working perfectly
• Full dynamo lighting: front Lumotec “Lyt” LED headlight and rear electronic brake light/reflector unit, wired through the frame
• EZ wheels (rear rollers) for easy wheeling when folded
• Front and rear mudguards
• Chain tensioner
• One folding/reflective safety pedal
• Bell fitted
• Frame carrier block on head tube (for compatible bags/accessories)
Service history:
Full service carried out last year at the Heathrow Airport Brompton store (routine check/adjustment only — no parts replaced). Since then, used only twice for short local trips. Service invoice available on request.
Ownership:
Personal bike, received as a gift, brand new. No original purchase receipt, but an invoice can be provided on request (sold via my registered company).
Collection/Delivery:
Collection available from Hayes, Middlesex (UB3), a short walk from Hayes & Harlington Elizabeth Line station. Postage available at buyer’s expense (will require professional bike box/folding for safe transit — buyer to confirm requirements).
Payment:
Immediate payment required on purchase. Item must be collected or delivery arranged within 7 days of payment due to limited storage space. Collection Hayes UB3 right by lizzy station.
