Brompton C Line 6 Speed M6L Folding bicycle in House Red - Hardly Used

This April 2022 Brompton C Line folding bike in House Red is a British-made steel frame that's barely been ridden. The bike remains in excellent condition throughout, with just minor marks to the red finish on the handlebar stem where it caught during folding. These have been touched up with matched RAL3003 paint, making them far less noticeable now. Everything mechanicals-wise is in full working order, and the bike has just been cleaned and checked over ready to ride straight out of the box.

The Schwalbe Marathon Racer tyres still have almost new tread on both wheels, and the brake pads are equally fresh. The rims remain shiny silver with barely any marking from braking. The saddle and soft rubber handlebar grips are barely worn at all. Both the centre-pull caliper brakes are smooth and sharp, whilst the 3-speed Sturmey Archer BWR hub gear combined with the 2-speed derailleur system shifts smoothly using Brompton's latest underbar shifters, giving you 6 usable gears for varied terrain.

The bike comes complete with Brompton's wider version saddle, a front frame-fitted luggage block for carrying everyday kit, reflectors all round, and an integral Ping bell for sounding off in crowded spaces. At 16-inch wheels, this is the compact M6L size, which folds down to Brompton's signature tight package. For a bike that's cost well over £1500 new, this example offers the same reliable fold and ride quality at a fraction of the price, having seen hardly any real use since it left the factory.
