This is a Raleigh Activ Fold S Folding Bike.
This is an old edition of the Activ Fold S which is still made now.
It has :-

Single Speed
Steel Frame
No suspension
20 inch wheels
Basket
Attached Pump
Kickstand - although it is not very good
Side pull caliper brakes - could do with tightening up 
Tyres are fine with good tread

It is a relatively heavy bike compared to the aluminium framed ones of today, but it is a simple design with little that can go wrong.
So a Brompton it is not !!!

There are signs of rust on the chrome
