This April 2025 built Brompton C line Tour de France model comes in this amazing custom paint finish with dark Raw Lacquer Gloss and yellow accents and which all remains in hardly used excellent condition throughout. This is a fair weather, leisure used Brompton not a hard winter commuted example!.
The wheel rims remain both flat and shiny silver showing no signs of any significant wear, along with both original Schwalbe Marathon Racer tyres which have new tread remaining on both front and rear, and same lack of wear to saddle & rubber grips.
Both the black Brompton pedals are both running smooth with only a few light marks on the ends now both touched in.
As with any even hardly used folding bicycle there are some minor cosmetic surface marks from folding/unfolding but this is limited to the rear triangle frame from folded pedal clashing with the frame whilst folding/unfolding which is quite common on these.
I have carefully touched in any minor paint damage with correct RAL matched paint and is now barely visible.
Mechanically all is in excellent working order as you would expect from any of my light leisure used Bromptons, having been fully cleaned, checked over/adjusted where necessary ready for the new owner.
The brakes are both smooth & sharp, all 3 hub gears shift smoothly up and down as do the 2 rear derailleur gears totalling 6 gears.
Being a 2025 model this Brompton comes with the latest upgraded specification including:
Spider alloy chainset with interchangeable chainring for easy upgrade to 44T if required.
Brompton dual pivot brake calipers in black with black logo levers.
Frame latch kit to hold bike together when lifting it in the riding position.
Sturmey Archer BWR alloy gear hub with the latest under bar Brompton gear shifters.
Comes complete with :
Brompton Front frame mounted bag block.
Reflectors and integral Ping Bell.
The upper surface of rear mudguard has only light scratches from folding outside on uneven surfaces (see last photo).
