The Eskute F100R is a 14-inch folding electric bike designed for urban commuting and everyday city riding. It combines a compact, portable frame with electric assistance to make short journeys easier and quicker than a standard bicycle. The carbon steel frame folds down for storage or transport, making it suited to commuters who need to combine cycling with public transport or keep their bike in a small space.

Power comes from a 36V 250W motor running on a 36V 9Ah lithium battery, which gives a range of 30 to 60 kilometres depending on riding conditions and assistance level. The motor delivers 25 Newton-metres of torque and works with a speed sensor to provide pedal assist up to 25 km/h, which is the legal UK limit for electric bikes. Charging takes 6 to 7 hours from empty using the included 42V 1.5A charger. The battery itself weighs just 1.55kg and can be removed for charging indoors, while the complete bike tips the scales at 21kg, making it manageable to carry or lift onto public transport when needed.

The drivetrain is straightforward and low-maintenance, using a single-speed Shimano freewheel with a 46-tooth chainring on a 152mm crankset. There are no gears to shift, which keeps things simple for urban riding where you're rarely in the same gear for long anyway. Braking is handled by mechanical disc brakes with 160mm rotors front and rear, offering reliable stopping power in all weather conditions. The 14-inch integrated wheels are fitted with tyres suited to city streets, and folding pedals fold away to reduce the package size when the bike is collapsed.

The bike features a P6 LCD display that shows battery level, speed, distance, and assistance mode at a glance. An LED headlight is fitted as standard for visibility in low light, though you'll need to add rear lights yourself for evening commuting. The saddle is adjustable with a quick-release seat clamp, and rubber grips provide a secure hold in wet conditions. The frame and suspension are both carbon steel, finished in grey, making for a practical, no-nonsense look that suits commuting.
